PRINCIPAL

A dynamic top-performing entrepreneur with over 15-years of experience in the luxury travel and real estate arena in North America, South America, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean, Tina Lyra is respected as an expert in the industry. Prior to launching TL Portfolio in Brazil, Tina held leadership roles in world renown firms such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, and Sotheby’s International Realty, amongst others.


CYNTHIA MACEDO

OFFICE MANAGER

With a degree in counseling and coaching in the USA and body therapy in Brazil, Cynthia has a extensive background in administrative and human resource positions.

Having worked as director assistant at the Coca Cola Company and Euroconsult do Brasil, and as counselor director of human development at OW4Y Consulting, Cynthia has assisted executives through coaching and counseling on capacity building.


PATRICIA LENZ

EVENTS DIRECTOR

Born in São Paulo and raised abroad, Patricia has always been passionate about traveling and started her career in the luxury travel industry in 2004 interning in her family’s hotel while studying Business Administration in FAAP University. She has worked as a travel advisor at Teresa Perez Tours and later was a key figure in the creation of Travelweek São Paulo (now ILTM Latin America). In 2012, joined forces with Tina Lyra at the birth of TL Portfolio. As the company grew and became international, in 2015 Patricia became the global director of events and creates the most authentic experiences for TL Portfolio’s clients.


ANA MAZZUCCHELLI

CHIEF OPERATION OFFICER

With a degree in Hospitality from the Centro Universitário SENAC, Ana brings eight-years of experience in travel sales and customer service.

Having worked at some of the top travel agencies in Brazil including B360 and Moinhotur, Ana was also Guest Relations at Walt Disney World in Orland where she specialized in exceeding guests expectations and fulfilling unique demands.


PAULA MARQUES

DIRECTOR OF SALES – BRAZIL

Graduated in tourism at PUC –SP, with a masters in marketing from the University of South Wales in Australia, Paula has always been passionate about travel. Having lived in the USA, Canadá and Australia, she also has always worked in the tourism industry. Her career has led her to Grand Hyatt São Paulo,Japan Airlines, Sheraton Sydney, and finally Teresa Perez Tours, where she was responsible for supplier relationship and portfolio management during seven years.


KELLY MARTINS

SALES MANAGER – BRAZIL

With a degree in Hotel Management from Anhembi Morumbi and 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she is originally from São Paulo. She lived in Denmark for 3 years, where she enhanced her language skills and deepened her passion for travel. Upon returning to Brazil, she worked for 7 years at the luxury operator Teresa Perez Tours, gaining extensive experience in sales and the luxury market, while developing a refined and analytical perspective. She is highly focused on delivering authentic services and experiences, always with excellence and attention to detail.


MARIANA LOPES

SALES MANAGER – BRAZIL

Born in São Paulo, Mariana earned her Hospitality degree from SENAC, and her post-graduation degree in Sales from USP; two well respected institutions in Brazil. Keen to further enhance her skills, Mariana acquired specialized degrees in Leadership, Luxury Tourism, Customer Experience and Negotiation. Over the course of her career, she worked at firms such as STB Student Travel Bureau, Xtravel (a Virtuoso-agency), and enjoyed leadership roles during her tenure of almost 6-years at TEN Lifestyle Group. Over the years, she participated in numerous luxury travel shows including Virtuoso Travel Week, ATTA Summit, ILTM, WTM, Signature in Las Vegas, amongst others. Respected as a senior figure in travel, Mariana is known for her unique ability of developing strategic relationships, managing people, implementing processes and servicing ultra high net worth clients.


NATHALIA BORGES

SALES MANAGER  – BRAZIL

Nathalia’s passion for exploration and her insatiable curiosity about the world led her to pursue a career in the tourism industry. As a graduate in Tourism from University of Anhembi Morumbi, she embarked on a transformative journey to Australia, where she spent three enriching years immersed in the hospitality sector, working in resorts, boutique hotels and corporations such as Disney, amongst others.
After her experience abroad, Nathalia returned to her native Brazil and embraced a new adventure as a flight attendant. Over the course of a decade, she traversed the globe, honing invaluable soft skills and deepening her understanding of diverse cultures.
Amidst the challenges posed by the pandemic, Nathalia made the decision to rekindle her connection with the tourism industry. Joining a representation company, she assumed responsibility for brands such as Six Senses and Explora, further cultivating her expertise in the field.
Nathalia is thrilled to bring her wealth of experience and passion for hospitality to TL Portfolio’s sales team, eager to continue shaping unforgettable experiences for travelers worldwide.

 


ANA PAULINA MAUPOMÉ

PUBLIC RELATIONS – MEXICO

Ana Pau studied Mass Media Communications in San Antonio, Texas, before earning a Master’s degree in Communications and Journalism in Madrid. Beginning her career as a journalist at Diario AS, a prestigious Spanish sports magazine, Ana transitioned into public relations and communications. With over 8 years of experience, she’s collaborated with lifestyle and corporate leaders, including Smart Fit, NH Hotel Group, and Iberostar Hotels. Her expertise spans print, broadcast, and digital media, where she’s led creative teams, adapting to market trends seamlessly.


ALEXANDRA HEPWORTH

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

A global travel industry expert with two decades of experience spanning four continents. Her career has taken her from the frontline of luxury hotels to senior commercial roles with some of the world’s most renowned hospitality and tourism brands. With a sharp eye for strategy and an innate understanding of what makes an experience truly exceptional, she has worked across sales, marketing, and brand development, shaping the way high-end travellers engage with destinations and properties.

Having lived in Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, and South America, Alexandra’s international perspective brings a deep cultural sensitivity to her work. She is known for her ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and the art of creating meaningful, memorable guest experiences. Recognised by LA Weekly as one of the top travel experts to know, she continues to push boundaries in the world of luxury hospitality.

 


MARGARITA GARCIA

SALES – SOUTH AMERICA

Born in Bogotá, Margarita Rosa has over 11 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. A passionate professional with a deep love for her country, she specializes in sales and luxury client relationships. She has worked with renowned companies in the sector, including Galavanta and Metropolitan Touring, two of the most recognized DMCs in Colombia, as well as luxury hotel brands such as Sofitel and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.

 


JULIETA VINCE

SALES – SOUTH AMERICA

Being passionate about travelling from a young age, that led her to pursue a career in the travel industry, Julieta has a Bachelor´s degree in Hotel Management from San Martin University in Buenos Aires, and also studies of English translation. She started her career 20 years ago and brings over a vast experience in the travel and tourism industry. She started this path in England, UK, working for English Lakes Hotels for almost two years. After returning to Argentina, she joined different companies such as Faena Hotel or Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, and also independent businesses always related to the sales departments. In the recent years, she broaden her knowledge as Account Manager for Action Travel Egencia travel agency and as TMCs Sales Manager at Minor Hotels. Julieta is exited to bring her experience and passion for hospitality to TL Portfolio’s sales team.


ANTONELA COCCOLO

SALES – SOUTH AMERICA (SPANISH SPEAKING COUNTRIES)

A graduate in Tourism from the University of Palermo in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Antonella started her career in the travel industry 20 years ago. Following a series of internships at luxury travel agencies and Copa Airlines, she joined Alitalia where she dedicated herself to the art of customer service. From there, Antonella moved to Avis Rent a Car where she led the management of corporate accounts within the tour and travel arena for almost 4 years. In 2012, she joined the award-winning Four Seasons Buenos Aires as Sales Development Manager and found her true passion for luxury travel, relationships and sales. With the world of entertainment as her primary focus, she managed and nurtured accounts such as Rolling Stones, Paul Mc Cartney and Rod Steward, among others. In 2021, following a few years dedicated to being a mother, she joined the National Ministry of Tourism for Argentina, to help develop public policies that encouraged travel in Argentina.


NATALIA ALDACOUR

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES – NORTH AMERICA

Argentinian at heart, Natalia Aldacour- La Borie moved to Los Angeles over 20 years ago. During the past two decades, she has held senior sales roles at some of the leading luxury hotel brands including Park Hyatt, W Hotels, St Regis and Banyan Tree. As a passionate sales driver, cultivating relationships has been one of Natalia’s main strengths and focuses and in 2019 the Luxury Travel Advisory nominated her “Top Luxury Sales Executive Worldwide”; an honor bestowed on few. Sustainable travel is another personal and professional passion of hers which drives and motivates her daily.

 


GUENEVERE WINTER

DIRECTOR OF SALES – NORTH AMERICA (Based in New York)

A global luxury hospitality sales leader with over 15 years of experience, Guenevere has an extensive background working with renowned brands such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Melia Hotels International and the Shangri-La Group. Her expertise includes building long term strategic partnerships within the luxury consortia, tour operator and travel trade relationships to strengthen brand presence globally.
Her profound understanding of the global luxury travel and passion for innovation enables her to guide clients towards delivering incredible and memorable customer experiences. Guenevere has most recently led digital transformation solutions at Salesforce within the luxury and retail verticals.


ELIZABETH BONOMO

DIRECTOR OF SALES – NORTH AMERICA (Based in East Coast)

From a young age, Elizabeth’s curiosity to explore the world ignited a lifelong passion for travel. This led her to pursue a degree in Hotel Administration at the prestigious University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her career journey brought her to New York City, where she had the privilege of working with renowned luxury brands such as Four Seasons, St. Regis, and Fairmont. Through these experiences, Elizabeth developed a keen understanding of luxury hospitality and refined her ability to delivery exceptional, personalized service while building strong partner relationships.

 


REBECCA BRANT

SALES ASSISTANT – NORTH AMERICA

Originally from Brasilia, Rebecca lived in Vancouver, Canada in 2017 where she studied English and Hospitality Management at Greystone College while working in hotels, restaurants and as a tour guide. An enthusiast of West Coast Swing (the official dance of the state of California), Rebecca traveled around the USA competing in seven events while exploring the surroundings. An avid traveler and dancer, she never missed an opportunity to broaden her horizons while learning something new. Upon returning to Brazilia, she completed her bachelor’s degree in Tourism at the University of Brasilia and is currently undergoing a post graduate degree in Business Management.

 


PATRICIA RUZENE

PUBLIC RELATIONS

With a post-graduate degree in Social Media and a degree in Multimedia Journalism from FACAMP, Patricia brings 11 years of experience in the media arena. Upon completing her studies, she joined CondéNast Brazil, as digital editor of GQ and Glamour magazine. In 2016, Patricia started her journey in the PR world from TL Portfolio.


ALESSANDRA PARISE

PUBLIC RELATIONS

Alessandra studied journalism at Anhembi Morumbi University and began her career as a reporter for prominent magazines, including specialized surf publication Fluir, travel magazines Próxima Viagem and Terra, and the entertainment and lifestyle magazine Sexy. After a few years, she transitioned into a career as a public relations and communications professional, working with major companies in the lifestyle and corporate markets. With over 10 years of experience in public relations, she joined the PR team at TL Portfolio.

 


SAMANTHA DESMAISON

MARKETING DIRECTOR

Born in Brazil and raised under brazilian and peruvian background, Samantha is a passionate person for traveling and working with tourism, where she consolidated her career. Graduated in Marketing and having worked for renowned tourism companies in Brazil, such as Teresa Perez and ILTM, she brings her experience and most importantly her drive to support TL Portfolio`s team to increase sales and awareness of our dear partners.
